How To Use:
Maximise the benefits of your Hydrate & Renew Duo by following this recommended routine:
Daytime Routine:
1. Cleanse: Start with your preferred cleanser to remove impurities and prepare the skin.
2. Hyaluronic Acid Serum: Apply 1 drop to damp face. Can also be used around the eyes and neck.
3. Moisturise: Apply a small amount to the face and neck to lock in moisture.
4. SPF: Apply liberally to face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
Nighttime Routine:
1. Cleanse: Use your preferred cleanser to cleanse and prep the skin.
2. Retinol Serum: Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.
3. Hyaluronic Acid Serum: Apply 1 drop to damp face. Can also be used around the eyes and neck.
4. Moisturise: Follow with your favourite moisturiser for overnight hydration and skin repair.
Patch Test:
As a best practice with all skincare, patch test away from the face before use and build up use over time. Do not use on exfoliated or damaged skin or if allergic to any of the ingredients. If prone to reactions or have sensitive skin, always patch test on your neck or wrist. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Recycling:
Rinse the bottle, peel off labels, and place the glass bottle and dropper in the recycling bin. The cap parts are not recyclable.
Love this retinol serum! Started using it over 2 years again when I turned 40. Wish I started earlier! Helped with fine lines, discolouration...and does not irritate my skin. And delivery is always super fast.
One tip though - don't take the retinol in your hand luggage on the plane. Even though it's below 100ml security couldn't identify the liquid with their new scanners due to the thick brown glass. My brand new bottle was confiscated when flying through Paris. Gutted!

I've been using Duo-Gen since I set a 2023 new years resolution to sort my skin out once and for all, and I have never looked back nor ever considered switching. I have sensitive skin and have to be careful with skin products, but Duo-Gen gave me NO negative reactions, and the application is so smooth and feels so luxury it's still my favourite part of my nightly skincare routine! I am 74 and my skin feels firmer and more smooth since I started using it.
A little goes a long way and I use it morning and night.
During the day I apply it prior to moisturising and after to seal it, especially with central heating which has a tendency to dry my skin.
I started using DuoGen [Formerly Habitual Skin] care products a couple of months ago and I love them. They are the best products I have ever used and have totally transformed my skin. I keep getting comments that imy skin is so glowing.
Highly recommend. I love these products. They have reduced the lines between nose & mouth & side of lips and also between my eyes. Not gone completely but then I am 66 & will never look 20 again. The best result is the crows feet around my eyes which can now hardly be seen - see pictures of me without make up. No good for reducing age spots though.
I've been using the retinol from DuoGen [Formerly Habitual Skin], and I'm pleased with the results. Surprisingly, I haven't experienced any redness or spots. While I anticipate seeing further improvements with prolonged use, my initial experience has been positive. Considering the effectiveness, I'm planning to explore more products from the DuoGen [Formerly Habitual Skin] line.
Since using this fabulous duo I feel my skin is much brighter and my skin looks a lot healthier I'll be 73 in January will keep ordering this duo, fine lines look better softer can't expect at my age for them to dissappear all together .
I'm 66 and these products are amazing. I will never get rid of the bags & creases at my age but they have reduced them considerably & made me feel more confident
Only been using a few weeks (5/6) so nothing amazing by view. My skin is hydrated but I'm afraid The Ordinary hyaluronic acid is a better product and we'll over half the price (£8)and just as pure. Sorry DuoGen [Formerly Habitual Skin] but you're prices are way too much
I’ve been using the retinol every night for over two months now. After cleansing and toning I apply only one drop, it absorbs so quickly which I like and doesn’t feel tight on my skin. Being 76 I haven’t really noticed a reduction in fine lines but hopefully will slow down the aging process.
I like the product very much.
I love DuoGen [Formerly Habitual Skin] retinol serum. It never caused the irritation nor I felt my skin is dry. I also feel that my skin is smoother and has a better colour in general.
Can't comment on the wrinkles as.I think I would neet to use it longer!

I started using the DuoGen [Formerly Habitual Skin] retinol serum as I am turning 40 next year and felt that I needed something to help with fine lines so needed something in addition to my normal skin care routine! I started off slowly and introduced it every couple of days and I now use it each night alongside the hyaluronic Acid and really love what it has done for my skin. It removes anything stuck in your pores so you may have a small breakout initially but once it clears your skin is left feeling really soft and glowy and I found the fine lines around my eyes have softened. I would definitely recommend this product not only does it do what it says it is also great value for money in comparison to other expensive brands that don't work as well
I love the Retinol serum, it is diminishing my forehead lines, and wrinkles. I use it every day followed by a moisturiser. The key is to use it daily, and just let it do its magic.
I started to use this in May 2023 because the ingredients are dermatologist recommended. I cannot believe the difference in my skin already after such a short space of time. It will take a few more months to fully see the effects but my skin is glowing and I have purchased almost all the other products they offer including the Rriple VitaminC, hyraulonic acid, dave and neck cream, and peptide eye cream. I used to have awful dark circles under my eyes and dull skin. I am over the moon with the results from this brand. Great for skin of colour too. 5 star from me.
This serum is honestly amazing! I've been using it for almost 3 months. I'm 40 and I bought it as I have a few small wrinkles appearing and read that it helped with acne and acne scarring. I have suffered with cystic acne since my teens. Since using this my skin is so clear! Nothing I've used before has made my skin look this good. I've honestly only had two spots in 3 months and they cleared up completely within a couple of days and were nowhere near as big and red as usual, where I would usually have a minimum of 2-3 at a time which could take weeks to clear up. I have also noticed my fine lines are reduced and my skin tone is more even. That took a little longer to notice a difference. I'm almost 49 years old and have noticed that time is catching up with me so I took a punt and tried a different facial product. Since using your product my facial skin has become much softer and the fine lines, especially on my forehead and neck appear reduced.
